Breakfast with Santa

Saturday morning we had our Annual Breakfast with Santa at Knotts Berry Farm Chicken Dinner Restaurant. It was a great morning! Who could pass up an all you can eat buffet of fried chicken, waffles, eggs, bacon, sausage, fruit, and cereal! Yummy! The kids get to talk to Santa as much as they want and tell him everything they want for Christmas. Thanks Grandma Karen for treating us to a great tradition!

Glamis Anyone?

This is old news but... for Halloween this year we went to Glamis! We love going there and always have a great time. Along with lots of my family we got the Gargalis Family to come out this time. Brian just bought a new sand rail so they were excited to come. We all had a great weekend. The kids loved playing in the sand and riding the quads. Brian, Troy, Shannon & I went on a thrilling ride in the sand rail at midnight one night. I have never held on so tight in my life! I'm just a big chicken! Thanks for the thrill Brian!

This is a picture of Kylie and I going for a ride on the quads. She is becoming quite the little rider!

We will be going out to Glamis again for Thanksgiving. Anyone interested in coming?

Go Kings Go!

Last week Troy & I went to a Kings game with a group of our friends. We had a suite and it was so fun! There was great food & desserts (all for free)! We are so grateful for our friends. We feel very blessed to have the relationships that we do! It was a great date night with no kids. Thanks Grandma Berta & Papa for taking the kids!
We all know that our house is full of Hockey Fans! Go Kings Go!

Tradition, Tradition!

One of the Degener family traditions is the annual visit to the pumpkin patch. We went last Saturday night. First we meet at Don Jose's (Ricardos) for dinner. (Thanks Doug & Berta for dinner) Then we are off to the Golden West College Johnson Pumpkin Patch. The kids all have a great time being together. I am truly grateful for traditions and such a great family!

Pumpkin Patch Time!

The Degener Family Gang!
2008 Pumpkin Patch
Last Tuesday we went to the Pumpkin Patch. We first went to Lone Star for dinner with my two sisters and their families. It was kids eat free night so we took full advantage. We had 9 kids and 5 adults! Everyone was scared to sit by us in the restaurant. The kids were actually all great and it was a really fun night!
